People want to know “What sets Our Extra Eyes Home Watch Services apart from other Home Watch companies?” It’s easy! The owners – Renee and Jade. This hard-working, dedicated team has extensive sales and service skills, and they are excited to bring this skill set to you in watching your home. Founded by two friends, Our Extra Eyes Home Watch Services is a company founded with years and years of experience in customer service and is accredited through the National Home Watch Association (NHWA), bonded, and insured. Their goal is to provide you peace of mind with a trustworthy home watch service when you are away.
Meet Jade
Jade was born and raised in West Virginia. After graduating from Wheeling Jesuit University with a BS degree in Marketing, she worked in sales and management for over 26 years. Her past work experience includes Hazlett, Burt & Watson Brokerage Firm, The Pepsi Bottling Group, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, and Novo Nordisk Pharmaceuticals. In 2014, Jade and her husband Tim worked closely together to make his dream of owning and operating an Irish Pub a reality. Still today, they are the proud owners of Meagher’s Irish Pub in Bridgeport, West Virginia.
Jade along with her husband Tim and two children, Christian and Sarah, moved to Cape Coral in 2020. Tim’s love of real estate and development prompted him to become a realtor in Cape Coral. They love the people; the community and all this area has to offer. They believe it’s truly a beautiful piece of paradise to continue raising their family. Spending time near or on the water, watching sunsets, searching for shells and supporting local restaurants are some their favorite things to do.

Meet Renee
Renee was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh, she worked in the hospitality and special event industry for over 25 years. Most recently, she was the Catering Sales Manager at the Pittsburgh Marriott North and the Director of Special Events at Stage AE. She planned thousands of events including weddings, corporate events, social gatherings, galas, & large festivals.
Renee and her husband Todd purchased a vacation home in Cape Coral, FL over 3 years ago to be close to Todd’s parents. In 2021, they decided to sell their home in Pittsburgh and move to the Cape full-time. Todd started his own electrical company Sunray Electric, and Renee and her friend Jade decided to use their years of experience in customer service to start Our Extra Eyes Home Watch Services. Todd, Renee and their black Lab Levi are living their best life in the Cape.
