Our Extra Eyes provides meticulous home watch services for absentee owners, seasonal homes, condominiums, and investment properties in the Cape Coral and Fort Myers area.

A professional home watch service is essential to properly maintain your home, as some things cannot be detected by cameras or security systems. It can be very challenging to handle emergencies, oversee repairs, or perform basic errands from afar. In addition, some Florida Homeowner’s Policies require your home to be checked within a specific timeframe. Failure to follow this requirement can result in an insurance claim being denied.

We provide weekly, bi-weekly and customized home watch visits. We know exceptional communication and documentation is imperative, so each visual inspection is conducted through HomeWatchIT. The electronic report captures the date and time of each visit along with photos and any findings at your property. These reports use GPS location to verify we are on site while inspecting your home. Once the report is complete, it is emailed to you for review. If a problem is detected and requires immediate attention, we will contact you with recommendations.  We offer referrals for quality contractors or other service providers if you do not already have a trusted source and coordinate access to your property.
